This piece is a work accentuating the findings of Fred Sanback's string works. This is a piece I have been wanting to make for a long time but have not been able as it needs a very clean boxy space. The red lines will be yarn. At the point of intersection the yarn will act like a piece of glass and displace the striped pattern. This will create the illusion of glass, but without the object present. It is in this way that I wish to disregard the object as a necessary ingredient to my work.
